6The present Agreement shall enter into force upon signature and shall be subject to regular evaluation within the Monitoring Group. It may be terminated by one of the parties, provided that it is in writing and has a period of six months. No member is responsible, by reason of its status or participation in AMRO, for amro`s acts, omissions or obligations arising from such agreements. 1Parties shall be jointly responsible for the implementation and communication of this Framework Agreement.
